Sigmas learn best through trial and error field work in real life to know what works and how to gain the best results.
All the knowledge in the world will not directly help anyone unless knowledge is APPLIED in real life to get results.
The Sigma would do well to write reflective notes of what works well in any specific situation and also what actions are ineffective (don't work) and cause problems instead.
Textbook knowledge works well in the grade school system and higher education, but real field knowledge of the street, business, social dynamics and bureaucratic dynamics affect how effective you will be in advancing your goals.
