There's a lot of info out there but most guys are clueless.
At least making them "aware" of the reality will let them decide whether to sit idly or do something about it.
Some have sense. Many do not.
Common sense is not common. There's much one could advise about but it all comes down to having good COMMON SENSE.

Most of life is making good decisions and avoiding dumb decisions that will ruin your life.
Sigmas on average, have a good degree of common sense. Use it well and life will be much easier to deal with.
